Hall-of-Famer Tommy Loughran was easily Philly's best all-time boxer. Look at his record of some 200 fights and all the decisions he won. He scored fewer than 20 K0s in all those fights. Chuck must be kidding about Fletcher, who was an all-out slugger.

Hall-of-Famer Harold Johnson ranks up there with Loughran. A better puncher, but he had marvelous boxing skills. Loughran and Johnson both held the world light-heavyweight titles in different eras. Briscoe was a slugger, far from a pure boxer.
